Step-by-Step Guide to Achieve Beetlejuice Glam

Prime like a pro

Start with Bodyshop Matte Primer to give your skin a smooth, shine-free base. If you don’t have it, no worries, the Wet n Wild Photo Focus Matte Primer will do the job. Snag it here.

Ghostly Base

Apply Ingrid Foundation to achieve that pale, ghostly complexion (or try Milani 2-in-1 Foundation if Ingrid is hard to find). Blend it over your face and neck for an even, deathly look and then set it up the White Eyeshadow to create a bright, ghostly lid.

Purple Power

Using MAC Purple Dark Room Eyeshade, smoke out your eyes for that deep, haunted look. Make sure to blend under the lower lash line for added drama! I used a light sparkly purple near the lash line and the inner corner for the glam effect too

Beetlejuice Green Face Effect

For that iconic Beetlejuice green face, I used Ingrid Green Eyeshade and a touch of Zay Beauty’s green shadow. They worked well, but if you want that intense, movie-accurate look, I highly recommend going for the Wet n Wild Serpent Goddess Paint. It delivers a bolder, more vibrant green that really nails the Beetlejuice vibe!

Lashes for Days

Coat your lashes in Maybelline Colossal Mascara to make them stand out like Beetlejuice popping out of a haunted attic.

Set It and Forget It

Dust some Laura Mercier Setting Powder to lock in your ghoulish look. Whether you’re haunting the streets or a Halloween party, this powder will keep everything in place.

Beetlejuice Lip Trend: Dark Lips with a Ghostly Twist

Beetlejuice Makeup Tutorial isn’t just about the face—it’s also about making a statement with those dark, moody lips. To hop on the Beetlejuice Lip Trend, I started with MAC’s Antique Velvet Lipstick. This deep, vampy shade is perfect on its own, but I decided to go ahead with beetle juice lip trend t by tapping some green eyeshadow on top.The combo came out perfect and gave me those ghostly, Beetlejuice vibes with a glam twist.

DIY Beetlejuice Makeup – Moss Effect Without the Moss

Now, let’s talk about that iconic mossy look Beetlejuice rocks. I didn’t have time to grow my own moss (and who does?!), so I got creative. I used dried moringa powder and crushed some basil leaves to create a textured, earthy “moss” effect on my face. 🌿 It gave that messy, decayed vibe without the actual moss, and let’s be honest—it smells way better than real moss too! 😜

Pro tip: Place some crushed basil and then dab a bit of any dried leaf powder on face where you want to create the green effect, for a fun texture. It’s such a fun, DIY hack that works perfectly for the Beetlejuice look! It created this ghoulish, mossy effect that looks like something straight out of the Netherworld! 🌿

Beetlejuice Costume Makeup: Green Hair Wig for Beetlejuice Costume!

Now let’s talk costume. Finding a Beetlejuice wig was tricky! I was running out of time, so I ended up ordering this fun green hair. But, of course, after that, I found so many great Beetlejuice wigs on Amazon. Sigh. The struggle is real, people. Still, the green hair worked like a charm, and honestly, it added a fun twist to the whole look.

Fun Fact: My Childhood Beetlejuice Obsession

As a kid, I was completely obsessed with Beetlejuice. I used to “summon” him whenever I felt stressed because of studies. Sadly, he never appeared, but now, I get to become Beetlejuice, and that’s just as good! 😜 😅bringing Beetlejuice to life on my own terms! 🎉
