A little bit of the CALL OF FRUITY SUMMER SCRUBBIN'™ is enough to create a lot of lather
A little bit of the CALL OF FRUITY SUMMER SCRUBBIN’™ is enough to create a lot of lather

White heads and Sodium Laurate

My skin felt squeaky clean after using it. The scrub  took away 95% of the white heads from my nose and chin. A lot of scrubs that I have used in the past didn’t produce lather but due to the presence of Sodium Laurate in CALL OF FRUITY, a lot of lather was formed which is very satisfying feeling. More precise it makes the little product go a long way.

Hydrated Silica in CALL OF FRUITY SUMMER SCRUBBIN’™

CALL OF FRUITY contains hydrated silica, which is the magical ingredient for oily skin because of its ability to absorb excess oil which is the culprit behind pimple and dirt that accumulates in the pores to cause pimples.  Although, hydrated silica is not suitable for dry skin the presence of Jojoba Oil in the scrub balances it out. Thus making it suitable for all skin types

Long term use of scrub

The continuous use of the scrub takes away the dry, dead skin and in grown. hair from the body. Due to scrubbing the blood circulation gets better which contributes to the glow on the skin.

Over all, I totally recommend it. CALL OF FRUITY SUMMER SCRUBBING’™ from  Soap and Glory matches up to the claims labelled on the product. It gives a  squeaky clean skin and glow on the skin with regular use. Further, If you want a spa experience at a fraction of a price in home, then this is a very good product for you. Relaxing, Rejuvenating and OH SO FRAGRANT !

Satisfied!

Contradicting data regarding Phenoxyethanol:

As tempting as it is NEVER EVER lick or digest this scrub because it contains Phenoxyethanol, which is an aromatic ether which is used in cosmetics and skincare as a preservative.
Although, FDA and CIR considers it safe at 1% concentration  levels. It remains a skin irritant and can affect people ranging from eczema, rashes and irritation. Hence,   Care should be taken to avoid using Phenoxyethanolwith makeup/skincare that contains Parabens* as it may cause or trigger allergic reactions.

The CIR expert panel reviewed the updated available data in 2007 and considered that in  1% concentration Phenoxyethanol is safe to use. Further, European Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety, also endorses the same view and consider it safe for children as well. Referring the brouhaha surrounding Phenoxythanol, European Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety, cited limited evidence on skin toxicity and allergy is observed in animals , when they were exposed to 200-fold higher in laboratories
