When it comes to hiding or reducing the appearance of pimples and pimple marks, my go-to is the popular and affordable green color corrector from LA Girl. This product is number one for a reason—it’s highly effective and budget-friendly, which is exactly what you need in a corrector or concealer
I apply this concealer to the affected areas on both sides of my face using the convenient tube applicator. Once applied, I blend it in thoroughly, ensuring even coverage across my face.
Applying Concealer and Setting with Compact Powder: setting powder after concealer
After applying the green and yellow concealers to the targeted areas of my face, I always make sure to set them in place with a compact powder. This step prevents the concealer from smudging and ensures long-lasting coverage.
Once I have blended the concealer evenly, I lightly dust a compact powder over the concealed areas. I personally recommend The Body Shop’s compact powder, as it provides a smooth and matte finish while keeping excess oil under control.
Creating a Flawless Base with Sapphire Foundation: concealer or foundation first
Once the concealer is set, it’s time to build a flawless base. For my foundation, I’m currently using a new Foundation from Sapphire Cosmetics, a Pakistani brand.
The Sapphire Cosmetics matte foundation that I purchased is specifically labeled as suitable for all skin types, including acne-prone skin. This was one of the reasons why I decided to give it a try.
