I have started taking a multivitamin called Multilife by Herbiotics and after using and getting the benefits. I have a first hand experience that why we should take multivitamin in our life. Multilife is a product from a brand called Herbiotics which is one of the largest manufacturer of nutritional products in Pakistan.
First, it is important to understand why we need multivitamins or multi minerals in the form of tablets or through external sources other than food in our diet. When our body is not able to get energy and proper nutrition from the food sources than it results in hair fall, various skin problems and internal weakness because our vitals are not getting enough energy to work at 100% capacity.
On top of it there are other factors like stress, pollution, and bad quality/choice of food that we consume which is not healthy at all. So, no matter which beauty salon you go to for any expensive brightening facials they can never make up for what is internally lacking in the body.

Most people are aware of the fact that normal every day poultry that we consume, especially in this part of the world, does nothing good for our body. It is due to the various hormone & steroid injections which are given to chicken for muscle growth. * The buffaloes /cows are also given steroids that make Loose (Gawala Milk) unhealthy. And in treated milk many kind of preservatives are added.
Sea food:
Increasing industrialization and inadequate treatment of industry wastage before dumping it in the sea has resulted in massive levels of lead & arsenic levels. For ex, industrial chemicals like Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs), & pesticides such as DDT and dieldrin. The presence of these elements in seafood, even in small quantities, makes us susceptible to many diseases and sometimes can cost us our lives.
Staple/Vegetables:
Since childhood, we have been told that green leafy vegetables and lentils are good for us and we should consume them more. However, due to commercialisation and increasing human population, farmers have started using pesticides, herbicides and chemical fertilizers to increase their crop and make it sustainable. But, chemicals in farming makes vegetables not as healthy and many nutrients are lost till they reach us.
Cooking method:
The cooking method of sauteing the vegetable too much or not cooking the poultry or meat in the healthy manner (deep frying, BBQ) actually is not good for our health. As it doesn’t give enough nutrients and leads to obesity and cancer due to charring the meat.
Stress & Pollution:
Stress is a very big factor that impacts our appearance and health. People who live in stressful situations face hair fall, premature graying of hair and lethargy or rapid heart rate. Due to stress many digestive and skin problems arise and if the body is already lacking nutrients to fight the outside pressure then it gets worse.
