I recently acquired this sheet mask due to my love for such products. The name “24K Gold Sheet” alone was enough to entice me. Unlike other sheet masks, it came in two folds, which initially shocked me as I thought it was torn. However, upon closer inspection, I realized it was intentionally cut into two pieces.
After breathing a sigh of relief, I examined the sheet mask and marveled at its all-gold appearance and heavenly scent. Despite purchasing it months ago, it was still saturated and dripping with moisture, much to my delight.
The fabric snugly adhered to my skin, ensuring that the ingredients penetrated effectively, leaving my skin feeling refreshed, revitalized, and refined. The close fit of the sheet helped lock in moisture, replenishing my thirsty skin.
One thing that confused me was determining which side to place on my face. I opted for the darker side to maximize the gold effect. If you happen to know the correct side, please let me know.
The mask provided a highly hydrating sensation, albeit slightly sticky, which made me slightly uncomfortable. Personally, I dislike stickiness as it triggers my fear of developing pimples. Thankfully, I didn’t experience any breakouts from using this sheet mask.
While this mask is particularly beneficial for dry and aging skin, it doesn’t mean it won’t work for acne-prone skin. It provided excellent hydration for my skin, possibly due to the presence of amino acids.
