Today’s review is about the Daraz select women clothing. I received their beautiful embroidered kurti, and here is the detailed review below :
Size:
Due to the size guide mix up, I’m a bit concerned about ordering clothes online. Sometimes the medium fits better, sometimes the smalls do and rest of the time the extra smalls fit me better instead. However, this shirt from Daraz is really a good fit on my petite frame.
The shirt seam is really good from the shoulders and armpits, which seems to be a problem with ready made clothes. My recommendation is to buy a size larger than your normal size in order to cater to these problems.
Embroidery
I’m a bit disappointed by the loose embroidery on the shirt. The threads are not tightly fitted and we’re coming off as I received the shirt. I don’t know how many wash it will last.
Material :
The material is Lawn and in extreme heat is a life saver. Extremely comfortable. And, to my surprise is not see through at all.
Picture versus Real:
I was surprised to find it as good as it appears in the picture. The motif is a gold eagle bird and the colour of the shirt is black exactly as it appears.
Style:
The style of the dress is casual chic. The fabric is ideal to wear with a pair of trouser or jeans.
The eagle shaped gold motif has added versatility to the Kurti and made it suitable to wear in semi casual occasions like Birthday Parties and family get-togethers. The embroidered Kurti would look pretty good along with chunky Jewelry & bold lips.
All of this considered, I’m not happy with the uneven cuff bows as it is not comfortable with the material and is irritating and messy to deal with in a casual outfit.
After wash:
The material left colour after the wash, but thankfully not that much. The cloth became softer as expected. Not much damage.
Affordability:
I would say that it is extremely good on the price level, especially with the motifs and almost accurate size guide.

Daraz has done an outstanding job in terms of cost efficiency in this product. At an affordable cost, the product is excellent, providing both the casual & semi – casual option and that also without the hassle of going to the tailor and selecting the fabric.
