How to use La Perla Beauty – Shimmer?
In foundation
Use one pump over the foundation and mix it together. If you are using concealer/color corrector then do it first before using this glitter foundation. Otherwise, the discoloration/pimple mark would appear more.
On the other parts of body like collar bones. Arms, legs just apply this glitter foundation liberally to make head turns.
Without Foundation
I think without foundation it can work as an eye shadow and subtle highlighter, but doesn’t work well as a shimmer.
Gold Shimmer Versus Silver Shimmer? Is La Perla Beauty Shimmer for me.
Well, its known to every one that if you have darker/indian/brown skin then you are a gold person, especially yellow undertones. On the other hand, silver looks good with cool skin tones.
But as it is a pinkish purple shimmer, it complements brown skin with yellow undertones very well too. I presume, it would be amazing for olive/ fair skin ladies too.
Packaging:
One of the exciting things about this shimmer is the gorgeous pump bottle, which makes it look ultra-glamourous.
Pigmentation:
It is a subtle every day shimmer. The undertones purple/pink and I think those shimmers look very good if you have brown skin extremely beautiful on brown/South Asian skin tones.
Price:
It is available for about $40 USD
Finish:
Shiny finish.
Lasting:
Pretty lasting, being a shimmer. It actually lasts longer on the body than on the face.

Cons:
- Not travel friendly
- It is in the higher range. But being a high end Italian brand, it is justified.
Conclusion:
It’s a good investment and won’t go bad for many years if you keep it in a cool dark place.
