So, for reasons mentioned above, our body is the lone soldier fighting against these factors, It should be strong and compensate for the loss of vitamin & mineral through oral multivitamin tablets. An amazing fact is that regularly taking biotin ( ofcourse on your doctor’s recommendation) can reverse premature graying and slows down ageing as well.
I never liked taking any multivitamin because I was disgusted by the taste and smell of it. Although I have heard of the benefits of oral multivitamins, the finality didn’t hit me hard until I suffered from the problems mentioned above. Loss of essential vitamins in my body was causing lethargy in me and hair fall issues
