Hey there, beauty enthusiasts!
Today, I’m super excited to spill the beans on how I achieve this gorgeous Pink makeup look for Brown Skin beauties. And the best part? I’m keeping it real with mostly drugstore products so that you can slay this look without breaking the bank.
So Let’s dive right in and create magic together!
Step 1: Prepping Your Skin with Heimish Bulgarian Rose Satin Cream
Let’s kick things off with a bit of skin lovin’! I swear by the Heimish Bulgarian Rose Satin Cream to get my face all prepped and primed. Not only does it hydrate my skin like a dream, but it also leaves me smelling like a field of Bulgarian roses.
This cream goes beyond ordinary hydration, containing Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHA) that provide a brightening effect by gently exfoliating the skin. AHA not only enhances your skin’s radiance but also helps your makeup last longer by promoting cell turnover and removing dead skin cells.
Step 2: Mesmerizing Pastel Eyeshadow with Ingrid All Mineral Silk & Lift
For a flawless eye base,I reach for my trusty Ingrid All Mineral Silk & Lift, which not only keeps my eyeshadow from creasing but also gives my lids that flawless base. A must-have, especially for my deeper skin tone babes.
Step 3: Adding Some Rosy Magic with Wathne Cosmetics – Peach Blush
Now, here’s a little secret sauce – Wathne Cosmetics’ Peach Blush! It’s a gem that helps set the stage for my eyeshadow. This peachy wonder adds a creamy base to my lids, creating the perfect canvas for those pink shades we’re about to dive into. Unfortunately, Wathne Cosmetics has closed its business 🙁 I wish they would really start again because the products were stellar.
Step 4: Amping Up the Pink Makeup look with Luscious Cosmetics’ Raspberry Lipstick
Time for some drama! I’m reaching for my beloved Luscious Cosmetics’ Signature Lipstick in Raspberry – an oldie but a goodie. It’s the perfect deep pink that’s gonna make our eyes pop. But here’s the trick: I use it only on the lower part and center of my lid to keep things chic and not too over-the-top.
Step 5: Bronze Goddess Vibes with Maybelline City Bronzer in Deep 300
We can’t forget about that sultry depth, right? I used the Maybelline City Bronzer in deep 300 shade.
This bronzer is a total game-changer for us brown-skinned beauties. A little sweep on the crease, and we’ve got dimension without going all pinky-winky.
Step 6 : MAC Dilly Dolly Blush
To pop the eyes more, I used the dilly dolly blush from MAC which is a beautiful pink blush.
Step 7: Eyeliner Drama with Ingrid Smart Eyes – Smokey Eyeshadow Palette
For some sultry liner action, my go-to is the Ingrid Smart Eyes palette. I used the black shade from 109 Casablanca. It is extremely pigmented and using a black eyeshadow as a liner gives a soft yet defined look.
This shade palette from Ingrid is exceptionally good, especially if you are in a hurry. Just take a glance at the back of the shade kit and follow the steps. It’s great for beginners as it requires no complex techniques
Step 8: A Flawless Base with Vollare Illuminating Cream Base and Sapphire Foundation
Time to get that base on point!
For the base I’m mixing my fave Vollare Illuminating Cream Base with Sapphire Foundation in Hazel Nut.
It’s a matte foundation that’s perfect for oily skin, and it blends like a dream. The trick is to use it extremely fast all over the face to get a smooth coverage because it has a very thin consistency and you can build coverage of it as you desire.
Step 9 : Tapping In the Product Studio Finish Powder from NYX cosmetics
Now, let’s seal the deal with NYX Cosmetics‘ Studio Finish Powder. A gentle tap all over, and our makeup is locked in place.
Step 10 : Lifted Blush
For the lifted Blush, I sued the raspberry lipstick from Luscious Cosmetics. And applied it on the big point of my cheek. You can check out my video for the three techniques of using blush. Then I blended it gently. The key here is to use as minimal product as needed to not to appear as a clown but get a rosy soft glow.
Step 11 : Powder Peche Blush from Wathne
To keep the pink theme alive, I’m going back to our Peche blush from Wathne Cosmetics to set that lipstick in place and give our cheeks that rosy glow for age Pink makeup look
Step 12: Chisel Those Cheekbones with Maybelline City Bronzer
We can’t forget the contour, babes! Maybelline City Bronzer in Deep 300 works its magic, giving our faces definition in all the right places.
Step 13: Shine Bright with Maybelline Master Chrome Highlighter in Molten Gold
For that Instagram-worthy glow, I’m reaching for the Maybelline Master Chrome Highlighter in Molten Gold. It is one of the best selling highlighters from Maybelline and is my favourite. It looks extremely beautiful when you do golden makeup
A little on the cupid’s bow, eyebrow bone, and cheeks, and we’re shining bright like a diamond!
Step 14: Lips on Point with Loreal’s Scarletto Blake Lipstick from Loreal
Now, for the lips, I’m going bold with Loreal’s Scarletto Blake Lipstick from their Color Riche collection. I was gonna go ombre, but I switched it up. Variety is the spice of life, right?
Step 15: Lip Liner – Line Those Lips with Luscious Cosmetics’ Raspberry Lipstick
To keep that pink vibe going, I’m using Luscious Cosmetics’ Signature Lipstick in Raspberry as a lip liner. It’s gonna lock in that pink goodness and help to retain the pink color after I applied the gloss
Step 16 : Gloss It Up with Luscious Cosmetics’ Double Dazzle Lip Gloss
Last but not least, I’m topping it all off with some gloss! It is my favourite lipgloss which comes in two shades – double dazzle from Luscious Cosmetics which I got from their Mystery Box. It looks very beautiful on brown skin and is perfect for the natural soft Pink makeup look.
Step 17: Flutter Those Lashes with Maybelline’s Colossal Mascara
And what’s a glam look without some killer lashes? I’m going for Maybelline’s Colossal Mascara to amp up those eyelashes. It is an affordable and effective mascara to make the eyelashes look bigger.
And TADA the look is complete.
And there you have it, folks! The Pink makeup look for brown skin is complete. You can totally use makeup sprays to set everything, but hey, if you’re just chillin’ at home like me, you can save those sprays for another day. Because, let’s face it, I might be a makeup addict, but I’m also a chill queen!
So, rock that pink and slay all day, gorgeous! Until next time, stay fabulous! 💋✨
