Terracotta Blusher from Note Beauty – Pleasure 01

Today’s review is about Terracotta Blusher from Note Beauty a Cruelty free makeup brand from Turkey that was launched in 2014. ( seems very surprising,  I was excepting it to be a much older brand). Terracotta Blusher from Note Beauty  – Pleasure 01  is a  beautiful bronze colour highlighter although on the product it is branded as a Blusher instead of a highlighter.

Terracotta Blusher From Note Beauty in Pakistan

In Pakistan,  Note Cosmetics or Note Beauty  has been introduced by Junaid Jamshed (the singer turned cleric) who was famous for the clothing line J.  Hence, it is rebranded as J.Note in Pakistan.

The best part about Note Cosmetics in Pakistan is its pocket friendly price. I have checked the price of Note Cosmetics in other parts of the world, and, yes, it is pricey as compared to Pakistan especially in the UK and USA which is a rare thing to see. The affordable price range of Note Cosmetics has made me very happy because it offers a good quality at a good price range.

I hope and pray that after the Free Trade Agreement, between Turkey and Pakistan is signed, so cosmetic duty would decrease too though in most of the cases it is unlikely as cosmetics are classified as a luxury item.

Aicha’s Experience

I had been looking for an everyday highlighter that would not break my bank. While scrolling online,  Terracotta Blusher  01, from Note Cosmetics caught my attention.

Following are the salient features of the product;

Box

The box is very sleek

Type of Highlighter

Terracotta Blusher is pretty bronze colour powder highlighter. It appears very pigmented on the hand but on the face it gives a subtle glow.  Due to the presence of Macadamia Oil it provides a natural colour appearance to cheeks.

Lasting

Although I like the subtle glow of Terracotta Blusher.  It is very unfortunate that it doesn’t last long time.  On oily  skin, it won’t last for more than 2-3 hour and melts on the face and, disappears like there was nothing.

Texture

The texture is very silky and smooth.

Swipe on the fingers, Single and the double (respectively)

For brown girls,  a lot of product has to be applied for it to be visible on the face. Although it shows up on a single swipe on the hand.
