I got the Clinique Chubby Stick Mega Melon in the makeup kit Jonathan Adler and the shade 04 Mega Melon was included in it along with other products, the review of which I will do soon. Shade 04 Mega Melon is a vibrant coral-pink color. It is the first tinted lip balm that I have tried in my life and which has changed my perspective about lip balms forever. I was really happy that apart from the glossy finish and it’s sheer coverage, Clinique Chubby Stick Mega Melon adds a pop of color to the lips, making it perfect for everyday wear.
One of the great thing about it and which makes it an ideal lip balm for sensitive skin is that this product is also allergy tested, fragrance-free and safe for sensitive skin. Furthermore, the quantity of the balm is quite good too because it comes in a thick chubby stick which can last forever, literally. For people, who prefer minimal makeup, it is a great option as you can get the subtle tint from this and don’t have to use any lipstick.
Mega Melon looks great on Indian brown skin and would suit olive skin as well but in my opinion might wash out the darker skin tones. So, I would recommend to try Mega Melon on your skin before buying to make sure it suits you.
It’s also important to note that make-up looks different on different skin tones, so it’s always good to check the color and finish on your skin before making a purchase.
It is on the expensive side, for people living in our part of the world but it is worth the money because it provides hydration and color in one step and last long time. So no more dry or chapped lips
